On May 11th, 2009 I became an Airman Basic of the Air National Guard. I was sworn in at 1612 hours and have been extremely happy ever since. I will be working on F-16 electrical and environmental systems after I attend basic and tech school after the first of the year. Although I am currently an Airman Basic, I will soon be receiving a promotion when I receive my high school diploma. I will then be an Airman 1st Class.

In addition to this, I will also be participating in my chosen college's Air Force ROTC program, where in there is the potential of full active duty service. The ultimate goal is F-16C fighter pilot, and have two possible routes through which I can make that a reality. And believe me, I will be doing everything I possibly can to achieve this goal. Therefore, I ask for wishes of luck from those that would be willing to give them. Every little bit of extra assistance will help greatly.

And so, that is how I will be serving my country... for now. One way or another, I will be a soldier for life. Best wishes to all and happy Memorial Day. God bless our servicemen!
